The story of the movie revolve around the love triangle of Shreyas,Shirin and Minakshi. Their plan works perfectly and she fell in love with Shreyas. The Katta gang then plans to take revenge of slap of Inamdar by getting Minakshi Inamdar (Urmila Kanitkar)involve in love of Shreyas who is daughter of Inspector Inamdar. When a guy tries to propose Surekha, DSP beats him and during this fight, Shreyas gets caught by Inspector Inamdar and gets slapped by him. DSP having an affair with Surekha who is studying in his college. DSP who is shown to be Gund of the college frequently fights with Sainath Dedgavkar (Jitendra Joshi). Shirin Ghatge (Sai Tamhankar)a medical student whose father is a politician gets attracted towards Shreyas Talvalkar and both fell in love with each other.
